Before this question can be answered please keep in mind that the devil is in the details when it comes to withdrawals, and the details are this:

– How old are you?
– What is your sex?
– What is your general, physiological, or your pathophysiological health
– What other diseases do you have?
– And more specifically what is the substance or substances you are using
– What is your route of administration?
– And finally how often and how long have you been using Opioids?

  1. As far as detox goes what is the most difficult detox you have either performed and or witnessed? I know for my client / patients it was benzos and opioid

  2. All someone needs to kick heroin, oxy, or hydrocodone, with no or extremely reduced acute withdrawal symptoms is a few days of methadone at a dose that makes you feel normal. Not high. Just normal.

Why can’t people get this on demand from their doctors?

No one can get addicted to methadone in three to five days, so that’s not an issue.

No one should have to suffer acute withdrawal symptoms. No one. And a few days of methadone can take care of that.

And there is no danger of precipitated withdrawal.

Why can’t people get a few days of methadone on demand? Why doesn’t the medical community even admit this?

  3. I enjoyed your video on Derek’s channel. You’re a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. I wish you were my doctor (but I like my dr too). Anyway, new subscriber here – keep the videos coming!
